The National Human Rights Commission(NHRC) has fined 3 lakh on two senior doctors of the Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College (LLRM) as guilty of negligence in connection with the murder of patient in 2013, who was murdered in Hospital.
In 2013 a second year B.Pharma student and resident of Amroha district was found dead in the hospital .The murdered doctor was a witness in a court. He was admitted in the emergency ward of the Meerut district hospital in an injured condition , before admission he was thrown out of moving train near the containment station.
