India’s first IAS officer takes Vaccine at AIIMS

The IAS officer Subhasis Panda 1997 batch gets his first dose of vaccination today at AIIMS, His seniority is Joint Secretary to the Government of INDIA & currently posted as Deputy Director (Administration)in Aiims New Delhi on Cental Deputation.His own elder brother Mr Debasis Panda is also an IAS officer of 1987 batch from Uttar Pradesh Cadre & currently posted as as Secretary to the Govt of INDIA in Department of Financial Services in Govt of INDIA
