Odisha bound passengers must have RTPCR test before boarding train

The East Coast Railway has announced that it will be necessary for Odisha bound passengers from anywhere in the country, boarding from Apr 10, to have an RTPCR negative test report of max 72 hrs before start of journey or final vaccination certificate. Those without valid documents will have to undergo 7 days mandatory quarantine.
